In a very interesting match, a real derby of the first league, the victory went to the team that wanted that victory more. From the very beginning of the match, it was clear that the Aspire Global had come to fight for points and remain undefeated in this match. On the other hand, the very casual start of the match for Esports Technologies, forced them to chase the result throughout the game. Contributing to this is the fact that was Aspire's fifth game of the season, while Esports Technologies played only the second, so they didn't have enough time to consolidate the lines and find the game. After 1:1 at half-time, a fantastic second half followed. Jonas Vilhelmssen brought his team to the lead twice , and twice Esports Technologies managed to reach the result. And just when everyone thought that one point would remain in the grass, Esports's goalkeeper made a big mistake and allowed Jonas to score and bring his team three points and himself the epithet of a player of the match. On Friday, Esports would have another opportunity to gain points against Casino Malta, who're almost already member of League 2, while Aspire Global has two more matches before the end of the first half of the season against Polish Drinkers and Zeus's Boys.
